Yes. This isn't spiritual belief—it's biology. When you suppress emotions, your nervous system stays activated, inflammation increases, hormones dysregulate, and energy gets stuck in your organs. Over time, this creates physical symptoms. Trauma research, psychoneuroimmunology, and energy medicine all confirm this connection.
Therapy works with your thoughts and helps you understand your patterns intellectually. That's valuable. But emotions aren't stored in your mind- they're stored in your body and energy field. Energy healing clears them at that level.
Absolutely not. I don't replace medical care: I complement it. Many of my clients work with doctors while addressing the emotional root cause with me. You can do both. In fact, when you clear the emotional patterns, medical treatments often work better.
Most women feel significant improvement within 1-2 menstrual cycles (4-8 weeks). Some experience dramatic relief after just a few sessions. It depends on how long you've been suppressing and how deep the patterns go. But you'll start feeling shifts immediately, more emotional release, better sleep, sense of lightness.
That's okay. Most of my clients don't know at first. That's what the discovery process is for. Through our work together, your body will show us exactly what it's been holding. You don't need to figure it out beforehand.
